2026年6月24日に日本介護食品協議会にて「GOKURI活用勉強会」が開催され、弊社のGOKURI®を活用した摂食・嚥下を含む喫食行動の計測・解析技術をご紹介し、会員企業の皆様に体験していただきました。 日本介護食品協議会🔗は、2002年4月の設立以来、「食べやすさ」や「使いやすさ」に配慮した介護食品を、ユニバーサルデザインフード（UDF）と定義して、自主規格の整備、情報発信、普及啓発活動を通じて、介護食品分野の健全な発展に取り組んでいます。特にその自主規格において、食品の、かたさ、粘度、性状などに基づき、利用者が食品を選びやすくするための区分形状等、食品メーカー共通の表示について整備を進め、現在、UDFの登録製品は2,000種類を超えるほどとなっています。 今回の勉強会では、弊社が医療・介護現場で培ってきた、嚥下を中心とする誤嚥リスク管理や食事・栄養管理への活用事例をご紹介しました。あわせて、食品を実際に食べる際の咀嚼・嚥下を含む喫食行動をGOKURI®により計測し、データとして可視化する技術を体験していただきました。 GOKURI®を活用
