Meiji Co., Ltd. and the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology Announce Joint Research Findings on Supporting Oral Intake for the Elderly with Swallowing Difficulties

Our company, in collaboration with Meiji Co., Ltd. and the National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, has conducted a study utilizing GOKURI. We confirmed that differences in the physical properties of semi-solid nutritional jelly (hereafter referred to as semi-solid jelly) are related to the time from intake to the initiation of swallowing (hereafter referred to as oral retention time) and influence the variability of swallowing time calculated from swallowing sounds.
